Michael Olumide Edwards-Fapohunda popularly known in many circles as Dr. Michael O. Edwards is a polymathic individual.

It is safe to say that Michael took his semblance from His parents as his father (Rev Dr Edwards Fapohunda) also had strong influences in Business, Politics Banking, Engineering Religion and many more. – As a philanthropist per excellence, Michael’s father who was a one-time special adviser to the minister of finance and director at the Nigerian ministry of industry, climaxed his career as the pioneer and chairman of the erstwhile Hillcrest/Global Bank Nigeria and the pastor of a

Christian charismatic organisation with branches around the world.

Michael has carried on this legacy with passion and careers in Academia, philanthropy, Religion and politics.

Michael was a onetime political aspirant for the state house of assembly in Osun state Nigeria.

He currently resides in the UK and works as a consultant lecturer in commercial law, Business Management, organisational behaviour and oil and gas management with different further / higher institutions in the UK.

As a religious leader, Michael is a prolific teacher, and leads various charities, (like the Voice of Comfort, The Mould the Future, The Survivor disability advocacy) all registered and represented in the UK and the world at large.

His Charismatic style makes both his teachings and ministry to be in high demand globally.

He has taught both circularly/ academically and religiously in all of the continents of the world and holds a daily TV broadcast on faith TV (a UK based Christian TV) reaching over 10 million homes.

Michael also runs a 24 hours internet radio that is reaches several millions of homes
He has a passion to care for the poor and the needy, with benevolence initiatives in Israel, Palestine, India, and Africa.

He is an accomplished Petroleum Oil and Gas Consultant, Business Lecturer and Solicitor at law.

With over six bachelor’s degrees, four Master’s degrees and Two Doctorate Degrees; all ranging from international Law to Business, Oil and Gas to Theology and Teaching to Health Care from prestigious universities like the Teeside University, CEPMLP Dundee, Oxford University and several others.   

Michael has written several peer reviewed academic articles that have contributed immensely to the enhancement of academic community at large.

He possesses a wealth of experience in business, politics, law, education and health. He however remains multi-vocational as a consultant Lecturer, Clergy Philanthropist and Chaplain.

He is an accomplished author with over 22 titles (books) in various aspects of life and the Christian faith.
He is married and blessed with children.
